Well I got this great idea from my sister-in -law Angie. Thanks Ang!!! I think I will give this a try since finding the time to scrapbook is difficult. Took the kids to Coulon Park in Renton today. Joining us was Shaina Mitchell and Caitlin Mahan. Kids swam except for Zach due to his injury. but the girls were awesome throwing him the football while he waded in the water. I just love the summer time. It was a beautiful day and Lake Washington was glistening. So Cool! We Packed a lunch and then went and got some shakes at Kid Valley. YUM!!!
Last Friday night we made a trip to the emergency room. Zach was back in the woods behind the house with 2 friends. They were doing what boys do...jumping their bikes over a jump. He flipped over handle bars, landed on a branch on his left thigh. I wish I had a picture but it would gross you out. It was a doozy all the way down to the muscle and the size equivalent to 1/2 a tennis ball. I have to say it was quite a site and I was even queezy looking at it. The crazy thing is he was wearing shorts. He didn't realize the laceration was there til he felt something and looked under his shorts. It didn't even rip his shorts. Weird!!! So the 3 boys got on their bikes and headed home for help. Zach was crying and scared but had the presence of mind to get home. Madison was the first to see and she took charge, found Mike and off they went to ER. I met them there. Zach was a trooper. They got it all sewn up and its healing nicely. He's a champion. Now he is going stir crazy having to lay low. But he will have a nice scar to brag about!!!!
Lastly, I took my Personal Trainer Certification this weekend and think I did well. So as soon as I get my Certificate in the Mail I will be taking on clients.

hey this is uncle brad and it looks like you guys are having a blast!!!!! big time congrats to Madi for kicking butt in her pre olympic work on TImmy. i watched it during the Olympics and couldnt help but think how cool it would be to see you compete with all those amazing people. And then to hear that my main man Zach is getting the bug to make some money and start his multi million dollar enterprise. you are a stud my man!! keep it up and lets go travel the world make and giving money away. love you all. you are my favorite family in the world.
